Cant believe the turn around in votes since tuesday , laaaaaaaaaaaarfing my tits off ,the squad he has built , the class players he has bought , the team morale that is evident and some are basing there hughes out opinion on the childish argument that he is an ex rag and sits down a bit during the match. lol fooking so loud , he is doing a great job and was before this weeks results ,he is not only building a squad he is building a culture...Well done hughes oh by the way he played for a good few other top clubs as well and was a chelsea fan as a lad.

Yet another one so obsessed by the rags that they can't imagine a reason other than the fact he used to play for them why some people don't think he's up to it.

Hughes out now.

Just goes to show you can fool people some of the time...

Recent results have only highlighted the fact how bad a job Hughes has been doing. He has only a 44 per cent win average in 18 months.

The players are clearly capable, able to get themselves up for the big games, the less glamorous ones, they have fallen short.

That is a management failure. It is also a failure of our fans to recognise this.

They are happy to change their minds as often as their socks, all for a small modicum of apparent progress. Maybe a generational thing. Have the courage of your original conviction.

Wake up, before this season passes us by. Carling Cup is not good enough for Hughes to keep his job. Champions League or nothing.

Sack him.

I can't wait to "bump" this at the end of the season.

There will be a lot of humblie pie being eaten.

True, all those people who thought Hughes was the right man for the job will be looking very silly............
