"Hung like an Elephant" is not and never will be a racist comment! I suppose that the phrase "hung like a Donkey" could have been used, however the song is an attack on the racist one that a few clubs, fans sing and this is an attempt at mocking their racist version. I would also like to point out that it helps that when thinking of another human being, i think of them as that, regardless of colour of skin/nationality etc. The colour of their skin is immaterial! Adebayor is a Human being who happens to be good at Football and plays for City, who cares what colour his skin is and why do people want to mention it?
