My beautifull grandchildren god i dont half miss them. Wether its toy fightingwith the 5 year old and or just bonding with the 13 year old both completely different characters but both equally amazing to be a round.They are always a laugh a minute and we love being around each other miss them so much.
Other than seeing family, it's just general life progression.
Career is basically on hold. Wedding planned for September likely cancelled. Had plans to finally get mortgage together and buy our first home. Probably even start a family. I was quite excited about getting married, buying a house and hopefully becoming a dad. Now we're likely stuck in our flat for god knows how long.
Not gonna lie, but it's awful timing personally. Think its hit me badly mentally for those reasons. I want my parents to be around for those things, particularly the kids part. Now I'm genuinely worried that one of them may not be.
Shite innit.

Funny that, because I always think your flat looks quite nice, from the vids. You've got a lady who's very fond of you, and you're very fond of. That's already riches beyond estimation, mate.
Oh and also, on the flippant side, the dippers might be deprived of their first title in thirty years.

Thank you mate, I'm very lucky and I'm aware of that. I really do like my flat. It's lovely, though small, so its no place to bring up a kid. I wish I had a garden/balcony too as it feels quite cramped at times! And my missus is great best thing in my life. I know many aren't fortunate in that aspect. I turn 35 in September, and I do want to get going with the whole adult life thing. I desperately want my parents to be around to be grandparents to my kids. It's what I want more than *anything* else in life, up there with having a kid with my missus of course!
And yeah, that'd be darkly ironic :)

I'm missing my children and grandchildren video calls are great but they are not the same. Can't wait until lockdown restrictions allow me to see them.
