Easy one this! Sam Allardyce - he stands for everything that is wrong with top level football. This is a manager who actively trains his players to deceive, frustrate and bend rules (cheat basically) and in my opinion there is no room for that at the top level of our game. He is an embarrassment to the Premier League.
