The PGMOL Apologies Thread

It leaves a sick feeling that by apologising they are admitting it was a mistake. Last night it was impossible to make a mistake. No where in the rules of football does it allow a player to takeout another player. If the refs dont know that sack them.

I'm still angry at the Rashford not interfering at the swamp last season. Now the first round of this season and it's clear utd will get all the help they need

Every official involved in last night game should be sack. Perhaps not the lineo doing the wolves back line.

Wire then up we pay good money so wire them up. Any ground that doesn't have a big screen should be relegated as their ground doesnt meet PL standards.

It's not a mistake though, it's just cheating. I fully believe that.

They literally get to play the video back again and again. There's nothing to miss or make a mistake about when you have the ability to watch it again and again.

If a referee misses it In real time, fair enough, there's a lot going on, he could have a limited view because of players in the way etc, there's certainly margin for error there.

With VAR there ls absolutely no reason for mistakes like that. You're not working blindly of trying to spot an incident you didn't see In real time. You're watching one man clattering into another man, as many times as you want to rewind it.

We can all sit and watch a United game in a match thread and discuss at what point do we think they're going to get a very controversial decision. it's because it's a common thing, it's not just some irrational dislike of Man united by us City.fans, because fans of other teams also say it and you can pinpoint multiple times its happened, to the point the average viewer basically expects it. so for me it just has to be blatant cheating.

Corrupt to the core - and yet we get the book thrown at us. Mafia scale collusion and corruption. Blatant match fixing - they should charge themselves.
The joke of getting sky and paid knobheads Carragher and Neville in to try and legitimise it in a "sky special". Complicit corruption. These aren't mistakes or even bias - it's bent.

Thats the thing isn't it. They looked at it from 3 different angles to see if onana got a touch of the ball. Not one angle showed he touched the ball (because he didn't fucking touch the ball!). Once he didn't get a touch what other criteria are they looking at to say whether it's a foul or not? Is it an error by the ref? Yes. Is it clear and obvious? Very. So go and look at it at the monitor and see whether you think destroying someone in the box is a foul. How is that not the conversation?

The audio has to be released! Its the Zapruder film of pigmol corruption.

You know exactly what other 'criteria' they are looking at..

You think they would release an unredacted version?

That's 2 first class games on the trot for the rags (inc FAC Final Casemiro red card not given) where the LotG have been blatantly disregarded by the match officials. Absolutely blatantly, and both decisions clearly benefitted the rags. Not to mention of course the ridiculously dubious penalty they were awarded at Wembley.
Anyone who still believes it's not bent needs their head testing IMHO.
