I would guess a lot earlier than that, 1147 is my guess. Its been around a long time. I didn't realise that the CIS was so old.

It’s literally the worst room. Ground floor and at the far end from the lift from reception and the sea view is ‘minimal’. From the top floors where reception is it’s a great view. Full of Spaniards, and I believe some live there
