My bro & his family live near Fishguard, I’m no surfer, but I’m aware there’s some fantastic places to surf in Pembs

We love it round there, often go twice a year, easy to get to and a nice mix of outdoor activities and peace and quiet(weather can be wet though). Have only ventured into the surf with a bodyboard and wetsuit on though, my ambition to learn to surf properly, like most things, has passed me by Im afraid.

Barafundle, Broadhaven south and newgale are other beaches worth noting, the lack of commercialism just makes them more appealing to us now.
