I did while working over there in 1988, not very good quality I took the pictures on a Canon A1 in 88 and have just taken them on my phone to post on here.

You're not wrong, it's an embarrassing mess. It'll be even worse now that it's been empty for over a year.
Niagara on the lake is nearby and a much nicer place than the area around the falls.
