Edit: Ah you mean cold water dipping.
No I haven’t taken to the sea, but I’m thinking about getting back into it.
I did it when I was younger and this area in particular has special memories for me.

I’m not going to start in the middle of winter but may get back into it in spring and follow through into the following winter.
I’d like to acclimatise myself.
Water temperature is around 6.5 degrees currently.
