I paid $25,000 for my own boat slip in the Marina! It was REALLY $25,000 for a 1.34 acre building lot overlooking the golf course, because it had a DEEDED boat slip, and my property didn’t!

Last trip out on the boat for the season! Time for a good keel cleaning, engine maintenance & winterize, and to put it up on the shelf in its hangar for the winter!
