Taken with the Astro setting on my P9 whilst out walking the dog.

Had to wedge the phone in a tree and leave it do it's thing for 4 minutes.

It's my Screensaver now as i like to use pictures i take as the seasons progress.

i learned a new word yesterday.
no idea how to spell but it is pronounced sshtaa.

it's not a word i'd expected to need to add to my vocabulary.
it means rain.

i went to the police station to ask who i should complain to about it.
i didn't come to north africa to get wet.

i said, is it the government's fault?
he said, there is no government, you need to take it up with god.
so i did,
and boy did it anger him.

he unleashed the heavens.
thunder, lightening and hailstones the size of proverbial golfballs.


as either madame pompadour or louis xv said,

If that was England there would be news reporters wading through the streets, demands that the army step in, sky blaming the government, the bbc blaming farmers and blue moon blaming Thatcher.
Why didn't they bolster their flood defences after the last floods in 1823?
