The "post something that made you smile" thread

Walked out to our backyard this morning and there was 3 king parrots sat on our back fence.
I watched them for a bit and then went back inside for my phone to take a picture but when I came back out they'd gone.
Just gave me a nice warm feeling.
 
That woman off the Shell advert. She wakes up in bed and goes on to show how shell are doing their bit for the electric transit. She’s not my usual taste but there’s something about her.

That’s what made me smile today.
 
A mad story that made tonight’s news and the BBC website.
Some guy in Scotland turned up to the wrong wedding, managed to get on the wedding photos and have subsequently drove the bride mad for the last 4 years as nobody knew who he was.
Finally tracked him down through some smart arse internet fella.

Granted, not exactly newsworthy but, a real human interest story that reminded me of old whisky nose Alistair Burnett and his ‘and finally’ items at the end of News at Ten.

Made me smile.

I agree, apparently his partner sent him the wrong address, yeh right.
He realised his mistake but stayed for the photos :-)

My ex wife is flying to Australia in the morning to meet a sister she didn't know existed until her father passed away.

She was told about it by her aunt a few weeks after the funeral and only had the lead of her first name. After months of digging she finally found her and made contact. From what she said they both sound as excited as each other to meet.

Made me smile.

My guess is its escaped a bull run or bull fight and was already pissed off then in the very shiny black car he saw another black bull facing him off (his own reflection) so took it on. Also if you note its the only car on the street - maybe the owner parked in a place he shouldn't have been. The power was impressive.
 
We closed at one way road today to carry out work.
A big Harly Davison decided to come down the street the wrong way as we had blocked the correct way but only used cones at the exit. So he rode through the cones and parked up.
Anyway he came out of the shop got on his bike but it wouldn't start lol.
So he had to push this huge bike down the road past us on the pavement as the AA couldn't get to him as the road was closed lol. He was sweating like a pig in all his leathers lol
Karma !
