Needles should not be mentioned in threads about condoms, it is the equivalent of using the title of the Scottish play in theatrical circles. Also why would a chemist swap a needle for a condom unless they are a bit of a prick? Was anyone ever offered, 'Something for the weekend, sir?' by a barber? When I asked for a leg of lamb a bit of a rumpus ensued.
 
I was ripped off buying some once... I went in a chemist for some and quietly asked for a pack, and the pretty young assistant... said rather loudly "small or large..?" what could i say..?! obviously I asked for large... I didn't want to kick up a fuss when she said "£24.99 please.." and handed me a box of 25..
