There's only one way of life... and that's your own. [THE LEVELLERS]
Whilst I can see where you are coming from and to a certain amount do agree it is very distracting having to keep moving and your view being restricted when you sit at the end of a row. Sometimes they actually stop in front of you if something is happening on the pitch!nah, wasn't a question on my lips.
What's the obsession with criticisng early leavers, they have paid as much as you and can make their own decisions.
As long as you see what you want to see, what's your problem.
They mean to go early, it’s just that they’re filming random stuff on their phones, updating their Instas and lose track of time. One of the benefits of new fans, including those visiting from foreign shores, is that they stay in their seats until the end. Some won’t add to the atmosphere but they wont leave a blue seat gap for the TV crews to zoom in on.
I suspect, with fewer season cards being released and the increase in ticket exchange games (12), that we’ll see fewer and fewer empty seats.
That said, those conditioned into upping sticks at 75 mins will still be flexing those leaving limbs with potentially 25 minutes or more of the game remaining.
so under the "new" rules that means if we need a goal it will be 1-2 Minutes & if the opposition need a goal it will be 10-15 minutes?I leave when the Extra Time board goes up.
We could have a whole new set of songs:
"Best early leavers in the land and all the world"
"Half empty at the final whistle, you'll never sing that"
"Whoah oh, we're the boys in blue
Whoah oh, leaving well before you.
North Stand, East Stand, South Stand,
On our way to cars & trams"
"Blue moon, you saw me standing alone,
Because everyone had fucked off home
While there were 15 minutes to go"
Probably the best? Definitely the best !What time do the early leavers head for the exits now we have new regulations in place for injury time?
I’m going for an unchanged constant stream from 75 minutes. Our early leavers are probably the best in the business - completely dedicated to the cause. In the past they’ve not let the signing of superstars, title battles or critical late winners and equalisers get in the way of their battle with the traffic, so no way are they going to let a little rule change change their match day rituals.
And let’s face it, there’s absolutely no way they’re going to risk getting their arses kicked for missing the first 10 minutes of Ant and Dec.
So according to you I'm OK to stay until the end and not worry about the last train home to Northampton via Milton Keynes?Absolutely embarrassing, I know the transport system is poor but fans leaving early are pathetic. Well never have a better team and they deserve to be applauded by full stands. I do understand leaving on final whistle when it's a 8 kick off but for weekend matches I find it pathetic and embarrassing
