For those wondering about email confirmation - i relocated yesterday and asked the question about lack of email and not showing on my online account. This is the email response i got :-

I have checked all files and can confirm that your relocates have all been processed successfully.
With regards to this showing online, there can sometimes be a delay in the application of your relocation to your history. Please allow up to 48 hours for the changes to appear online.
