How come the people on the far right are always really thick? Like when you see the crowds, it's literally the dumbest people in our society. Any idea? Some of the people being interviewed could barely string a sentence together.

Yeah, then generally it leads to one claiming that Brexit voters were all knuckle-dragging racists and then usually another starts deceiving others and themselves regarding how leaving the EU, and therefore the Dublin Agreement not being in place, removed from the the UK the ability to return illegal immigrants back to the EU.

In fact only a very small percentage were returned

Because perception is everything.

For the soft left the march has to be framed as a collection of thuggish grotesques, that way their opinions can be ridiculed and dismissed.

In our little corner of the world that role is filled by bluethrunthru.

Think of it all as GB News for nice people.

Musk and his message were noises off in that march, it was obvious from all the footage I've seen, but you know basket of deplorables worked so well for the Democrats, so let's give it a spin coz we've got nowt else.

What gets missed in all this propagandising is the fact that only a tiny fraction of the march could hear what Space Karen was saying and fewer still were listening.

And despite the best efforts of Robinson to generate some enthusiasm as he sucked his master's dick, the crowd were lacklustre at best in their support for Musk's rambling right wing rubbish.

Here in lies the opportunity for the "nice" people, there's an opening that can be exploited, there's clearly a gap between the message and the march.

What do the "nice" people do?

They piss on the marchers.

The irony of the people voting for Farage and supporting Yaxley-Lennon is massive.

Farage brought about Brexit, his baby. But by doing so made it more difficult for us to sort our own borders. Excellent.

i.e Dublin agreement. If someone lands in Spain, France, Greece they are dealt with there.

We currently have to deal with everyone who lands. And by law we have to house them somehow and keep them alive, which all the Farage/Yaxley Lennon followers can't grasp when they protest outside hotels etc.

Not withstanding the fact that they just blame migrants for all the issues we face, but i'll say it again it's 100% not the people hopping over the channel who are putting up our bills for Gas/Leccy etc..

Yeah, so it's fine when someone asks to explain what he's talking about and he rambles on without actually ever explaining what it is he means, upon which he insults them for not deciphering it, or just at random like he has with bluethrunthru above. But I wouldn't worry, he's got you to like his posts and others to get on your soapbox and sling shit towards the left.

'Alternative opinions' is a dog whistle for saying what you want and expecting people to tolerate it, is in fact the tolerance paradox at work again. Oldham is a town of multiculture, having lived their two years myself, only dissenting opinions were Facebook warriors and people outside the Up Stairs Inn all hours of the day.
 
Once again, being tolerant to abhorrent opinions that the marchers demagogues spew and them parroting it will make them stop parroting it, they'll be a huge understanding, and they'll suddenly not have abhorrent opinions which they are emboldened to spout not only online but in person too.

Maybe they'll stop sending death threats to women who oppose their rhetoric too, as I've observed multiple threats towards dissenting opinions. This is about protecting women and children, right?

Re the Dublin Agreement, here is a bit of easily accessed research to help understanding of your point:

"Despite thousands of UK requests to transfer asylum seekers out under the Dublin Regulation (e.g., 5,712 requests in 2017), only a small fraction were successful. For instance, in 2017, just 5.5% of outbound requests resulted in actual transfers.

This imbalance—more people transferred into the UK than out—led critics to argue that the Dublin system offered little practical benefit to Britain. The agreement was designed to return asylum seekers to their first EU country of arrival, but implementation hurdles (legal challenges, lack of cooperation from other states, and logistical delays) severely limited its effectiveness."

Also, IMO, the primary concern for most people at the moment is with illegal (irregular) immigration - and there was not detail kept of how many of these were returned under the Dublin Agreement, although I did find this:

If “illegal immigrants” is defined broadly to include all those without legal status (not just asylum seekers), then Dublin returns likely represent well under 1% of total returns. The system was never designed to handle the bulk of irregular migration, and its effectiveness for the UK was limited even before Brexit.

Moving onwards, the Dublin Agreement has now been replaced by the Asylum and Migration Management Regulation (2024, but effective from 2026). I will let you do your own research on how this would have 'helped' the UK to 'sort our own borders' if we were still in the EU.

Wouldn't say aligning as such but they're bending over backwards to justify it or defend it and will jump down the throat of anyone that dare calls it racist. Will it take actual progroms for them to admit it?
