List the trouble that both Russia and the West have been prepared to take on Ukraine: the IMF has put together a life-saving loan to Ukraine in double-quick time. Before that, the Eurocrats were falling over their knickers to lend a similar sum to this country which isn’t even in the EU, let alone the eurozone. So there's much more to it all than meets the eye. The initial trouble, the unrest which unseated a democratically elected government was aided and funded by the west. The EU (who would have everybody believe that its them that keeps the peace!) is up to its neck in the political entertainment of regime change.. Egypt, Libya, Syria, Iraq, Afghanisitan and the former Yugoslavia to name a few. It wont be long before British Troops are despatched to some African Bloodbath, where the French, Belgians, and Germans all have self serving mineral and precious metal interests (not least uranium). Makes me annoyed that they can get away with it. On Ukraine, I'm afraid its all because of EU and Western (CIA) interference. Another costly and unneeded mess.
