I think it’s rather harsh.

It’s not like they’ve lost all their games, and two of those that they have suffered defeat in were against us and Littlewoods, who had just lost to their "traditional rivals".

He should have been given at least a little more time.

He did get more time,like I say should of gone 6pm Saturday,he got till Monday

From what a couple of people were saying on the radio, it was nothing to do with the results against us and Liverpool (that was kind of expected, though the size of the defeats probably stings a bit), more that there was a complete breakdown of the relationship with the owner, which makes more sense.
 
I really hope they don't go for Allardyce or Dyche. Bournemouth have earned a reputation for playing good, positive football since Howe became manager and if I was a Bournemouth fan, I'd hate to see that blueprint thrown in the bin for short term gain.
 
Seems a bit harsh. Couple of heavy losses but they were against the 2 best teams in the country and he did get them up (and 3 points first game of the season). I'd have given him a couple of games against sides that they should be able to compete with first to see where they were.
