Incredibly harsh sacking imo.

I am in Bournemouth on holiday ( lived here for a bit so know a few lads ) they are not sorry to see the back tbh - I don't think he ever built a rapport with the fans. They appreciate that he was up against it in the PL and are resigned to being a yo-yo club like Norwich given their resources but the universal feelings are when the fixture list was published unless he did something remarkable Parkers days were numbered. They kinda felt the board would burn him up over the first four games so that any new entrant would not face such a baptism of fire

I think it’s rather harsh.

It’s not like they’ve lost all their games, and two of those that they have suffered defeat in were against us and Littlewoods, who had just lost to their "traditional rivals".

He should have been given at least a little more time.
