I’m so sorry ours passed in April he was 14 and very similar looking to your boy the best thing is get another as a house isn’t a home without a pet,we got two little terrors I know it seems too raw at the moment but we left it 10 weeks and contacted a breeder cos the house was so empty

Have you given any thought to getting another? We have had Maine coons for 20 odd years and never get the same colour as it would be a reminder of the little boys we’ve lost. Silver blotched tabby which sadly had hcm and died at four years old classic brown like your boy and now a black tabby and white and a blue tabby and white. Always had boys as they seem to have more character
