The Sorry Tale of Our Water Companies.

But, but, but that thick woman Thatcher said it would be more efficient and so much cheaper.
I'm more concerned with now than 40 years ago, many a twat has had a chance to change it. I actually thought when the true picture came out of the amount of shit getting dumped everywhere it would force action.

We are literally apathetic to anything us brits, not even turds daily in the sea and river.lights a spark.

The government should just take over the water companies with no compensation. The problem being that the water industry needs massive investment and this would have to be paid for by us. Only for it to be sold off again by a future Tory government to one of their mates.
Could they not bring in a law that would forbid that, labour have enough of a majority to get that through.

Bread and circuses.

They, not excluding myself, would rather not know. Or leave it to the experts.

Well you can't do that anymore in third world Britain. Plastics everywhere, social media inducing mental illness, nevermind the endpoint of water what about what we're drinking, air pollution and civil unrest.

You have to poke and prod at problems, god bless "Karen's" for actually moaning when something's not up to par.

Governments can borrow more cheaply than any private company. That's why it makes sense to have essentials like water in state hands.

When it was Manchester Corporation Water Works, the managers were just on local government salaries. Now the managers are on £££££££££££££££££££s. But it's all so much more efficient and wealth-creating don't you know?
