This is probably a daft idea but couldn't we take out two birds with one stone and play Kolarov as a left winger as he's near useless defensively yet good going forward and then buy a left back back-up for Clichy?

No. He's even worse wide left because he can't get past anyone and isn't a very good passer.

LOOOOL This loser from goal.com made an article of the "Winners and Losers" of this summer's transfer window so far and listed Man City as loser but probably mistaked us for United. Bias idiot had to say this:

The signings of Alvaro Negredo and Stevan Jovetic at a combined cost of over €50m smacked of desperation following the failure to capture primary targets. Even worse is that he has a picture of Navas, Negredo and Jovetic with the word Losers at the top.
