And what happens to Doku and Savinho?
We still had Sane and Sterling back in the Mendy and Walker days?

If it's right we were and still are looking at Cambiaso seems more likely we want at least one full back to be more inverted than wide attacking.Plus when Walker and Mendy played together Walker was also more inverted. It feels like he wants to go back to the formation we played when we had Kyle and Mendy for a couple of games. Jesus and Aguero were up top with Kyle and Mendy playing as wingback overlapping. We were deadly in attack in that formation. We destroyed Liverpool

Can't wait for that book to come out.
Usually - think Pep often wanted both fullbacks to sit aside the holding midfielder before creatjng overlaps. In that Liverpool game though, they both kept widthIf it's right we were and still are looking at Cambiaso seems more likely we want at least one full back to be more inverted than wide attacking.Plus when Walker and Mendy played together Walker was also more inverted.

I think Doku looks very handy when he tucks in a bit tbf, impossible to get the ball off him, not sure about Savinho though, he’s an out and out wide player, doesn’t have the composure to play more centrally. And what happens to Doku and Savinho?
Gundo might.De Bruyne and Gundogan will stay.
Tixi wouldn't be staying on if it wasn't going to be dramatic .Maybe he will deal with the outgoings.I’m not sure it’s going to be as dramatic a rebuild as some may think. Obviously going to be significant but I think it will be done over two summers.
In terms of this summer - I think Nunes, Kovacic, Ederson, Walker, KDB will go and potentially one of (Akanji/Ake/Stones).
I think the following summer - the futures of: Ake, Akanji, Stones, Bernardo, Gundogan, Grealish (maybe McAtee) all come under scrutiny.
I reckon Bernardo definitely stays another year and will improve. Gundogan I reckon will stay and play far less games.
In terms of incomings: Full-backs, a new goalkeeper, another #6 and a number #8/10. Bobb and Rodri will the other holes.
I suppose every team needs a joeyWhy Nunes? Pep seems to like him and he plays wherever he's told without complaint. Do you really mean you don't like him?
2 goalkeepers, full back, CB, CM, AMF , Winger and a CF, that's 8 players, that's a huge change in a squad.I’m not sure it’s going to be as dramatic a rebuild as some may think. Obviously going to be significant but I think it will be done over two summers.

He’s not good enough to play in midfield and won’t get the same chances at right-back if we upgrade in that area. Why Nunes? Pep seems to like him and he plays wherever he's told without complaint. Do you really mean you don't like him?
Sounds better and more realistic2 goalkeepers, 1 full back, CM, AMF , a CF, that's 6 players, that's a huge change in a squad.
