Replace them, already made a start with the two young lads.

Ake and Stones are sick notes, lets be honest. Dias and Akanji we can argue are being overplayed and thats the cause of injury.

Gvardiol so elite and technically assured as a footballer. Completely wasting his talent at CB imo, guy is so good elsewhere.

Our centre backs need to become more progressive and start penetrating the midfield with passes. They often dictate the pace at which we advance as well, which is why I would prefer him in there than out on the periphery.

New number 1.
Possibly a number 2 of Ortega sees his arse at being told he's number 2.

Defender positions
Proper LB and RB. None of this hybrid wandering into midfield malarkey. Athletic and quick whos first and foremost thinking is to Defend!

I like the look of Reijnders and break the bank for Wirtz. Then re start negotions with Cambiaso from Juventus.

New players will probably cost upwards of 300 million. But with the sales of Grealish, Stones, Eddie (Saudi), Bernie, Kev (Saudi or US) we could recoup something in the region of 100 to 120 million. And promote Gundo into a coaching role.

Would be sad to see 2 English lads go, but Stones fitness can't be relied upon and Jack is regressing badly. Wether that's his application or he feels stale or it's the managers tactics is anyone guess.

Don’t think we need an out and out striker. If we were to target another forward I’d want an elite LW

Fair, we can name a 25 man squad and 20 on a match day, ill be surprised if on paper the numbers aren't about the same as they are this season just with better trusted quality in the positions.

as long as you buy mostly homegrown should be fine on recount.
