Think we have to be ruthless and make sure Walker (past it), Nunes (not good enough), Stones (never fit), Gundogan (past it), Bernardo (past it), Kovacic (past it), McAtee (not good enough), Perrone (not good enough), Phillips (not good enough), and Doku (not good enough) find new clubs.

Time to get hold of some physical players with good technical ability who are ready to step into the team straight away. We were after Cambiaso anyway, we've been linked to Camavinga and Wirtz, and we should be activating Delap's buy-back clause ASAP. Rogers will be tricky but if we pip Villa to Champions League football we could tempt him in.

Trafford isn't good enough with the ball at his feet and besides that he is at the stage of his career where he needs to be first choice.

Agree its not going to be as radical as some may be expecting in the summer. Think we will bring in a full back to replace walker , a replacement for KDB , Goalkeeper/s only if Ederson or Ortega move on. After that maybe 2 more tops - 1 wide player and maybe another midfielder. Think we will keep Stones/Ake/Akanji/Bernardo - not so sure about Kovacic and Nunes. Big season for Doku and Savinho to prove themselves or be moved on. So 4 new outfield players to assimilate.

Yes, I wouldn’t mind Wharton either, but I’m not taking any of the names being bandied around very seriously, only need to see the January window to see rumours and reality are distant strangers.
I’ll just wait and see and look forward to next season seeing how it unfolds.
