using towel doesn't take too much time. waiting the defenders come forward does. as shawcross or faye just jogging or even walking.

there should be a rule that all throw ins should be taken within 10 seconds otherwise the throw goes to the other team

Even on corner as well. The amount of corners that don't beat the first man is crazy. Excellent counter attacking opportunities.
