Don't know why people are getting excitable about the lyrics. Let's face it, they were never great lyrically.nowt wrong with it, yes the lyrics are a bit iffy, musically pretty good, more pluses than minuses

I bet the vast majority of people whinging about the lyrics are Oasis fans.
Go figure.
I like it. It doesn't sound like the first LP but let's face it they were 27 years younger then and that captured a moment wonderfully. This is them now.
It doesn't have that 'mystery' or need deciphering like their early stuff does but it's uplifting and full on rock and roll.
It sounds like the Roses, Noel Gallagher, Slade and Status Quo mixed up in a bowl and hurled out at you with a big Lemon shaped spoon.
Go figure.

It's like one of those paintings that somebody did by dipping their cock in a tin of paint and bashing about a canvass a bit.
