looks like more victims are coming forward, this might get him the few years he deserves

Hopefully. He was an icon to so many Blues who'd love his work on the Radio and those memories are now tarnished forever.

I have a feeling that sympathy maybe reserved for the kids he fucked up rather than a few City fans whose memories might have been slightly tinged.

Brace yourselves for shorter sentence / early release folks -this is one crafty nonce with a great legal team. All assets have been transferred before any civil proceedings could happen, and now it will be time to play the sick/dying old man card to get out of jail.

Sadly, you may be right. Let's hope 'The sick dying old man' routine becomes a reality.
I had some sympathy with this nonce prior to his trial, as I, mistakenly, thought he was the victim of the bandwagon jumpers extreme 'Hang em high' brigade.
When I heard he'd admitted fiddling with a 9 year old, I offered to plait the rope.

I was more thinking that Stuart Hall was well thought of by generations of Blues whilst he was a nonce all along. An entire perception of a man has been changed beyond repair. I'm certainly not trying to take anything away from the people he abused.

Of all the people who could possibly have been involved in sex accusations such as these , Stuart Hall and William Roache would have been at the very bottom of my list ...... i'd never have guessed at either of them , even though both must have had countless opportunities to carry out such deeds if they'd so wished ...... but we must remember that William Roache remains innocent until proven guilty.

Mind you i'm none too certain that Stuart Hall hasn't admitted guilt purely on the advice of his legal team ...... he appeared to have a dramatic change of mind , and , at his ripe old age , that would surely have been their advice , so as he could return to his family at the earliest possible opportunity ....... even with a 15 month sentence there's no guarantee that he'd even survive that in prison , they know that , and so does he.
