Bluemoon and the wider City fanbase has been brilliant these past couple of days. Very encouraging to see our fans would not just go along with the club’s board just because it would line their pockets. That fans said they would end their support for the club shows that a lot of our fans have a lot of time for the players of this sport, the fans across all teams, English football history and traditions and the wider culture of this country.

Never mind a thread saying “well done City”... well done City fans!

well done city for dragging our name through the mud,getting in bed with the glazers and clearly showing a complete lack of care for our fans. They are doing this because they are embarrassed about the reaction.

It’s the fans who should be getting a well done.

no doubt I’ll be accused of being a moaner, but I can’t get past this. What our club have done is unforgivable.

Khaldoon and the Spanish boys should be sacked. I don’t trust them at all. If they do that then It would go a tiny percentage of the way into gaining trust back

You seem to have a real agenda. They’ve done nothing wrong other than consider a project then change their mind. Had it been a success & we’d not even considered it, then I’m sure some folk on here would have criticised them for not being as forward thinking as other clubs.

I'd love this to be true but reckon not and we'll never find out anyway. IMO, the vibes from Sunday onwards were that us and Chelsea were handed it late or were dubious? Our owners have probably banged more cash into City than the total wages of all BM posters. Whatever, they've invested millions.
Best case scenario, they played for time and joined initially to watch the fall out.
Worst case, they followed the money and didn't expect the reaction from the fans.
Either way, they were the first to officially withdraw from the project.

Just to confirm, Woodward has not resigned with immediate effect. He will leave at the end of the season (which according to reports was when his contract finishes anyway)

Apparently he’s leaving at the end of 2021.
