It rubs the media's nose in it, and a liverpool "fan" colleague actually said to me the other day, that City seem to be getting gifted a lot of "presents" by the officials this christmas.

Don’t underestimate Mahrez contribution to the position we are in. We have cover for him but he will be missed.

Such a long long way too go yet. I’m pleased that that lot have dropped points but 6 points is nothing in the grand scheme of things. Chelsea will go on a winning streak and we will have a few tricky games over the next few weeks. Need to keep out powder dry and just lock off game by game and keep any giddiness to a much minimum.
