I don’t usually bother looking at other teams’ forums but couldn’t resist a glance at RAWK just now. Within seconds I saw posts referring to us as “oil cheats” and “sports washers”.
They really are relentlessly bitter twats.

It’s already over, but beat Chelsea in 2 weeks time and let AFCON sort out Liverpool and we’ll be relaxing on the beach by February, able to rest players for the Cup and CL.

I wonder what that does to your CL aspirations. Being on the beach so early in the season is quite an interesting situation to navigate.

The way I'm looking at is: Liverpool win their game in hand then it's an 8 point lead. We still need 44 points so, lets see where we are in March. Long, long way to go yet before we count our chickens!
