Everyone handles it differently. City is the thing that makes many of us the happiest we are ever likely to be (when it goes well). It's escapism from the real world, a chance to switch off from the drudgery of everyday life. When you get a kick in the balls like we got today, it's hard to take. It spoils the day. Fans feel the pressure too, because everyone makes out like it's personally your fault when City don't win. Hopefully it all comes good with the charges but football gets more tribal by the day, sport channels overtaken by YouTube plonkers, National newspaper articles written by Rag & LFC supporters with a ton of hypocrisy. Even if the charges get dropped we’ll continue to get pilloried whilst we’re winning/challenging, that won’t ever change so sadly just need to brush it off and know that when we’re getting shit it’s because we’re damn good.Everyone handles it differently.
