Why? What evidence points to them having a better second half to a season than us?Still think the dippers win it unfortunately

The last time the title was this close (actually closer) was 2015/16. After 22 games, the top three were just 1pt apart, and Arsenal were top.Let's all be honest this title race is going to be closer than any other year between 3 or 4 clubs I still back us to finish stronger than the rest, will it be enough hope so.
Oddly if they lose today and we win our 2 games in hand we go top, the odd part both those games in hand will be against Brentford.
It's pointless to claim we'll need a win at Anfied in case they draw today, unless you find it likely that our GD will be worse than theirs. We don't need to be ahead of them after Anfield to win the title. They go to Everton, United, West Ham and Villa in the last 10 games, and are likely to drop points unexpectedly, too (it's how football works).
All those takes ("if the result today is such, then the result at Anfield must be such to win it") are a bit premature. A lot can happen. As long as we are there, i.e., near the top, I'm happy because we are likely to do well.
5 :-)Yes that was my point. And if they draw they stay on top (unless we do it by 6-0 for the technicality astute) and we have to beat them at Anfield to overtake them.
6. With 5 they stay top Alphabetically.5 :-)
We'd be top on goals scored6. With 5 they stay top Alphabetically.
We'd be top on goals scored
I'd settle for thatDepends on how many they score in their draw :)
6 to make it a mathematical certainty. Or simply an Arsenal win.
