With spuds playing Arsenal Chelsea Liverpool before us is sure to take something out of them for when they play us and if they beat Arsenal when they fresh we might only need a point at spuds

I know a few Spurs fans and the overwhelming consensus is that they would rather finish 5th and we win the league than they finish 4th and Arse win it.

Same mate. But they don't play for the team, and Son might not get the memo! Anyway long way to go before then. The Rags could beat Arsenal and do us a favour...we will see. Spurs can beat Arsenal for starters and we will go from there!

Their crowd would be genuinely wanting us to win if that's where we were at.

I know mate. I know a few Spurs fans through work and they hate Arsenal and Liverpool much more. Decent lads to be fair. The crowd will want us to win, but what happens on the pitch could be different. As I said, typical Spurs to win a game they don't want to! This is the club who got Mourinho in to win a trophy then sacked him a week before a final!

Or they might be desperate for a redemption win after three losses to rival teams.

It is just too far away.

As it stands, we have to win our next two games, to keep it in our hands. Maybe 3, maybe even 4, depending on how things go. All before we even have to think about Spurs. We have brighton, forrest, wolves and fulham next, and 3 of those are away. Tonight is the one that matters.

I don't think for a minute that the Spurs players would change their game. That sort of thing only happens in the minds of fans. Totally agree it would be typical Spurs - and typical City - for them to win it and hand the title to Arsenal. A classic Premier League story.

I know it means nothing but we are due a slip up in a title race. It's never happened before but it will one day. Any team can lose a game they deserve to win - as we saw against Real Madrid. One red card or one deflection or an injury or two and in 45 minutes the title can be gone.

That's a bit nuts, if you think about it at all. It's qualification for the CL! Apart from anything else, it represents reasonably serious money if you get through to the latter stages.

Well, it's already happened at least four times that I can think of this season! Starting with the game at the Emirates. Which we certainly didn't deserve to win. But neither did they. They offered not one jot more than us.

Listen, we should really be dispatching Brighton with ease. They have won twice in 4 months against the bottom 2 and are missing almost their entire first team.
Agree with this. If we’re on form and we’ve recovered physically from the rigours of the last week we could put a few goals past this lot. They’re severely depleted by injuries and are one of the few teams who don’t park the bus against us
