We would have to win by 4 on the last day, assuming they only win by 1. It is out the window. Needed 6 to make it part of anything. Could have been, with a couple chances being sharper. I am delighted and not at all complaining, but GD is out now, imo.

Your point would be stronger if we hadn't scored at least 4 goals in 6 of our last 7 games. It largely comes down to how they do v United tomorrow but us scoring 4 vs West Ham is far from unlikely, especially if the chips were down and we really needed to - and Everton have the 4th best defensive record in the league so could easily limit Arsenal if their backs are against the wall. If it did come down to it, I certainly wouldn't put it past us.

Arsenal have a terrible record there. One win in 16 or something. They are by far the better team but Liverpool were and couldnt beat them with 3 goes at it.

These historical anomalies have a habit of continuing regardless of form, which is why Tuesday night will be very difficult for us.

Spurs are #spursy and based on that one should never rule out the possibility that they put 4 past City and then lose at Sheff Utd, meaning they hand the title to their rivals Arsenal and then miss out on Top 4 anyway.
