How many points will be needed to win the league?

Would you prefer to draw to Spurs, have Arsenal beat Everton 1-0 and then win 5-0 against West Ham or just win the next 2 games?

The first option would keep me on a high for the next 12 months but I also may have a heart attack.
You are a valium addict and i claim my awooo

If I know that we are going to win the title and the question is how, then winning it on GD or even better on GF (say, Arsenal win 3:1, and we win 6:1), then the GD/GF option is much better for me. But since I don't know that we will win the title if we draw tonight, it's far better to win vs Spurs.

Goals scored is far too edgy. It would require us waiting to hear that Arsenal had finished, as just a single goal could make a difference.

If I knew it was going to happen, goal difference, but with us racing to a 6-0 lead within twenty minutes next Sunday, and then always being at least 6 goals ahead of Spurs throughout the match.

Boring? Haha fuck off!
Exactly.

If City walk the league, boring
If City are ahead by only a couple of points, boring
If City score an early goal, boring
If City wins the title race on the final day, still boring

No one talked about "boring" when Liverpool were leading the table and City were 3rd a couple of months back, it was an exciting 3 horse title race then, just when City turned the table around, it suddenly became boring. Calling this league boring and farmers league is peak bitterness from the rivals.

Last nights result mean the Spurs still have an outside chance of qualifying for the campions league, but to keep that hope alive they have beat us tonight.
You will probably be aware they are the only team not to draw at home in the PL, the Doors of Perception.

Jesus Christ we need a win tonight if we draw i will be shaking like a shitting dog on Sunday

As many have already pointed out. We’ve been involved in some epic title run ins, win all remaining games, down to the last day etc. So far we’ve always come through unscathed, law of averages says we have to fall just short sometime. I really just hope it’s not at fuckin spuds. Hopefully the lads are hungry, and not quivering wrecks like some of us mere mortals. Let’s fuckin Ave it Blues. ;)

On the flip side, would you take a point tonight if it guaranteed an 8-0 win v West Ham? Arsenals result v Everton not known.

Like you said, don’t think I could cope with the nerves

Had enough of these attention seekers yesterday.
‘Attention seeker’ comments on here never cease to amuse. Posting on a forum is quite literally the act of seeking attention.

Unless, of course, you’re posting in the hope that no one reads it. In which case you’ve plainly not succeeded.

If we draw tonight, I very much doubt we will win it on Sunday, it’s shit or bust unfortunately
I know. But a draw keeps hopes alive and would be ultra exciting. I think whoever got off to the best start would win. We would probably need a 5 nil scoreline to have a reasonable chance. If Everton collapse then of course its all over. It is probably the hope that kills you but better than no hope.

And of course both everton and west ham are capable of scoring too.

I don’t want exciting I want to enjoy next Sunday, remember QPR and Villa, those days may have ended well but fuck me they put us through the ringer.
