The game at hand is the final Merseyside Derby at Goodison. I'd like to hope that Everton would put up a better fight than they normally do.

A repeat of our last home Derby game at Maine Road would be nice.

As things stand, we are only two liverpool losses away from it being back in our hands.

That would be the case when there weren’t three other teams with more points than us.

That's hardly a thing to give up over.

I agree we need to get our own shit sorted and that is probablynthe bigger hurdle at the moment.

I must admit, for the first time since Mancini’s first season and a half at City, I’ve not fancied us to win the league and felt we don’t have the team to do it. But you never know…

As shit as we are at the moment and have been for a couple of months, I've learned never to give up on City. I made that mistake in 2012 with 6 games to go, never again.
We've seen how pressure suddenly changes when a team is ahead and not everyone can handle it.

Christ there are some optimists on here. You have to remember it doesn't matter how many points other teams drop as we are dropping more ourselves. Have you not watched the last 10 games? We have less than no chance of winning that league and I will be genuinely astonished if we can get top 4!

So true but we start tomorrow with a win and the next with a win?! Every single game we have lost drawn we have had enough chances to win draw at least! We ain't as bad as some think..
