I think all the clubs ahead of us perform better so there's just 1 place to go for.

Currently we are 1 point ahead of Chelsea and Villa bug I can't say we are any better than them.

So I have no clue.

Being unbeaten against Villa in any form, W or D, will be very useful to our chances.

our injury situation still can become worse not that its not horrible already. other than that remaining fixture list is better than for rivals.

we still have few bad results coming sadly. but 3 wins, 2 draws, 1 loss is still getting the job done imo with 11 more points. just dont lose the Villa game. if we win that then imo even 3 wins, 1 draw, 2 losses is enough too.

If they are 5 points ahead of both Villa and Chelsea, that should be enough.

Newcastle look nailed on for it so it’s probably 2 from 3/4. I think we will be one of them and Villa will be the other. Pressure will get to Forest.

I think when you look at the fixtures and the teams in the mix playing each other, us and villa are slight favourites for 4th and 5th.

Chelsea's run in is horrendous and forest have shit the bed.

Part of me thinks it might be 'interesting' going one of the 'lower' European competitions as we'd have a good chance of winning it and it would allow us to play some of the youth players.

Of course, it could hinder our chances of not getting the very best players, but let's be honest we will be back in it the year after anyway!

We need minimum 4 points from Everton and Villa games and we will be in good position with the games left.

Newcastle are looking very like us circa 2011, the belief that comes from
winning a big final and bagging some silverware has taken them to a new level. If they make some marquee signings in the summer I’d have them as favourites for the PL next year given the lack of a genuinely top class team in the league
