Although as you say this competition was first organised by FIFA and European officials and is not recognised by UEFA as part its tenure but actually was foreunner of the UEFA Cup and hence the Europa League.

I'm kinda of the opinion now that we could miss out and the scum win the Europa to round this season off.

Either way, if we get top 5 or not, this is the worst City side since the takeover. Wide players don't contribute enough and are too inconsistent and flaky. Midfield is done and needs totally rebuilt. Foden has become unreliable. Keepers both look dodgy. Haaland's goals mask his all round contribution and we looked a better team when he was out of the side the last few months.
We've become a chore to watch too.
The teams of 8 - 10 years ago would have tore some of the teams that we've struggled against this season apart.

This rebuild will take a long time. And if we keep signing duds then even longer.
 
to miss out in a season when first time ever top5 gets CL is a fucking horrible joke. total of 6 English clubs in CL next season, madness to think it may be 6 without City.

Postecoglou had good point few weeks ago he was 5th last season and media called it a big disappointment for them,now whoever is 5th it will be a great achievement lol.

Just like we bounced back after Southampton. This group of players isn’t good enough and the manager isn’t inspiring them any more. There can be no confidence going into Tuesday. Absolutely none. Any confidence is blind confidence.

Pep should stop dreaming winning the CWC, at this rate the club might not even get out of the group stage. Pour all the effort to finishing top 5 which is realistic and more doable.
 
We used to be a club that was always 2 or 3 steps ahead of the chasing pack in planning for the future. But since winning the treble we’ve stood still and we have been caught up. If we miss out those poor decisions will have come home to roost.

Down to 85% now after Forest win but I think it was the best result for us.

Beat Bournemouth & we’re nearly there.
