How long before the stadium is built what will hold 60k?

The capacity will be slightly less than 60,000 to allow for better acoustics and matchday experience for the fans.

It should be fully complete for the start of the 2016-17 season, although it will have been in partial use (75% capacity) for the previous season.

So why Stratford when you can build where you already are ?

Mainly for the excellent transportation links (ever tried getting to/from White Hart Lane on a matchday?).
