fair enough but as I've already pointed out I was responding to what squirty has said. I haven't followed the case with as much scrutiny as others so I'm not familiar with the amounts.

That said, as I previously stated I imagine that tax evasion covering such a wide spectrum of amounts and culpability that it most certainly in an each way offence.
In which case the magistrate would kick it up, provided the government has a plausible case. :P (All assuming Harry has been hiding some serious sums of money, and if he's been doing it at all, its reasonable to assume its a serious amount.)

We don't have to wait long to find out what happens in any case.

He's at Southwark Crown court and not mags. It's been set aside for a 2 week trial.

fair play to spurs fans coming on here but some, not all, need a reality check

we were coasting, gave you a goal, wonder strike out of nowhere then we tried to give you another - we could have lost 3-2 in a game where hart has had pretty much nothing to do

it was much more important for your challenge to beat us today than other way round but apart from our mistakes you didnt really do anything

and all of the above without 2 of our most important players and you without one of yours - who is really ours....get your heads out of the sand

PMSL.....

Exactly! We weren't going to get in the game if it wasn't for Savic's error, Bale's goal was good but he was quiet throughout the game, Richards today proved me wrong and I now know that he is far better than Walker...sadly. Our fans were singing "Jermaine Defoe, needs to go" before he scored, then after he scores its "Jermaine Defoe, Yido" our fans seem to have a short memory!

-- Sun Jan 22, 2012 10:14 pm --

This hurt more than the 5-1 because...

1) I done my usual, took my top off when bale scored and ran around the garden in the rain, which was worth it at the time

2) I watched this game as have SkySports not ESPN

3) Defoe's miss :(

4) The manner of the last goal, it was a stonewall penalty, just the bloody timing!!

5) There was a Liverpool fan watching it with me who reminded me several times that Liverpool beat city 1-0, which was annoying

Well played City, hope yous win it instead of united!

Fair play mate. You just make sure you do your bit against united at WHL

I'll be watching that game with a rag and his son so if spurs win, ill give them a headache, just for you :-)

Nope 100% anti Arsenal right here! Just a modest fan, don't agree with the media hype over us either, good football yes, but if it was that good wouldn't we be top of the league?

I think the praise you guys are getting are deserved. Good football and will finish in a great position ahead of the arse. I'm sure you lot will be happy at the end of the season.

Nothing is garanteed for Spurs to even get the top 4. There next 5 away games are tricky to say the least. Liverpool , Arsenal , Chelsea , Everton and Sunderland. I wouldnt like to be playing those teams away from home. Add into the mix the Rags go to them think that will end up being a draw. The likes of Chelsea and Arsenal will be looking at those games coming up and thinking theres a chance to overtake you. Less media attention on you winning the league will be better for your chances of getting into the top 4. Think this will be your run of games were you will get found out and Harry will lose the plot.

What happened to Spurs attacking football?

4 man counter-attacks, 3 men in the box for corners. It wasn't parking the bus, but it wasn't far off. Spurs lost narrowly, but I think Chelsea and Arsenal are both better teams

Spurs were never going to open up like that against us. After the game at the Lane earlier in the season and how we cut them apart they were going to play a bit more negative.

Has anyone noticed how Edin draws Kaboul and leaves room for nasri to score a goal????

Not really correct thread for that bud. Also posting vid links for that is a bit much isn't it ?.
I mean his movement is good but it should be. I understand some Bosnians like him a lot but lets not get carried away.

I should add im a Dzeko admirer also, but some here will counter that link with the miss a few moins before he was subbed.

the dippers played a knackered team with 4 days extra rest, great against Bolton though!

Hello folks, congratulations on the win...Can't be arsed to trawl through the thousands of pages written on the game to be honest but will attempt to summarize my feelings about the whole thing...

I'd said many times on here before the game how I hoped it would be about football and not about controversy, and it is a real shame that the latter came up. Before that point it was a terrific game of football that although I was a nervous wreck, I could actually enjoy as an example of why I love this sport.

But...

How come Nasri is complete shite except for when he plays against us?! It pisses me off to see his gormless lesbian face lapping it up, quality finish though...

Added with the wondergoal from Lescott I was a bit down on the whole thing but I'm proud of the way we came back in to it, Defoe worked his tits off today and make it a very uncomfortable day for Savic.

Call me bitter, but I'm going to have to bring it up...I generally like Balotelli, but I can't believe he has gotten away with that one...He was lucky he did it to the one player on the pitch who treats opposition with respect and does not writhe about at the slightest contact. I'm not sure what the general consensus is with that incident on here but to me there is simply no way it was an accident, the Lescott elbow is much less of a cause for annoyance with me but the Mario one just isn't cool. You folks bitch and moan about Rooney getting in these kind of digs all the time, and rightfully so, but you have to accept that you have one in your ranks doing the same.

But, in the face of refereeing adversity the team just needs to deal with it, which we didn't do. I just can't believe a player of King's experience would be so reckless, Balotelli will never miss a penalty for Man City in my opinion, may as well have let him take a shot as there would have been a much greater chance of him missing/Brad saving.

I cannot believe we didn't come away with a point today, with Chelsea Arsenal and Liverpool ballsing up the loss isn't the end of the world but a point would have made it a sweet weekend. The table still makes pretty good reading as far as I'm concerned so it isn't the end of the world, but can't help feeling disappointed.

Hope we can take out the frustration of the game today out on Wigan...

I'm with you, mario stamped on him, just dunno why Parker, maybe he was just putting one in for the team. His first back heel was a bit telegraphed, normally he'd've decided on something more flamboyant, made me think he was on it today.

Concensus is he is a dumb shite for doing it and if he gets done for it then fair enough.

My view is he needs to cut that shit out now or fuck of, i hate such acts.

Indeed a cruel way to lose a match bud, grab a beer chill out and wait for simpsons to get released :)
