It would be hilarious if they finished 5th!

We really need then to finish in the top four and keep Arse or Chelsea out as they're higher ranked than us for C/L
I could be missing something but how exactly does that help you? You have to build up your own ranking over time, Arsenal and Chelsea don't really have anything to do with it.

We're on the very border of 3rd and 2nd seeds. If both you and Arsenal get into the group stages we'll definitely be in 3rd, when obviously we want 2nd.

Yes, we have to build up our own ranking, which is why progresssing in the Europa League is an essential, but to avoid a potential group of death we need to be drawn out of pot two in the C/L and for this we have to be one of the top 16 teams in the draw.
If we progress, we overtake Tottenham in the rankings. Arsenal and Chelsea are ranked above us, so are Liverpool but there's no chance of them qualifying and around Europe other higher ranked teams are struggling
Spurs can do us a favour by keeping Chelsea or Arsenal out as it'll be one higher ranked team not qualifying

it wouldn't be half as enjoyable as dumping one of the tradtional top 4 clubs into the Europa League (hopefully Arsenal as have nothing against Chelsea (apart from some of their players, of course)).
Well one of the 'traditional top 4' teams will definitely be in the Europa League, but they certainly won't be qualifying for either with their league position, all hail king kenny.

Where's the media whichhunt ala AVB,Wenger,Bobby Manc?

Oh I know there still singing happy birthday to him. This Bale 'admission' reeks of deflection. Media will get wound up about a British Professional admitting he cheats rather than the true story which is inept tactics by their best mate.

Bale will be scapegoated and sold for their dismal end of season showing to the rags or dippers and 'Arry will get a big fuck off contract buying adebayor who will then turn shit as usual with a couple more middle of the road signings. Once his tax free account has been shored off he'll retire to sky sports and tottenham will be calling in the recievers.

Redknapp will/would be a disaster for England. We all remember the famous VDV quote last year along the lines of "we don't work on tactics, 'Arry just tells us to go out there and play our football."

That'll work with some success when the players are the quality of VDV, Bale, Modric. Won't work well with the limited technical abilities of Stewart Downing, Michael Carrick, and, well, Scott Parker.

Back from the game....The wheels have come off! Abandon ship!!!!!

Still third and in the fa cup. Things not looking too good recently though obviously.

Bit of a shit performance, Harry still isn't really sure what to do with VDV, him Ade and Defoe on the same pitch just won't work. And sticking our best player on the wing doesn't help either. Bale on the right is also complete clownshoes.

I have also started to miss Corluka in recent weeks, but I knew we would eventually when we let him leave...Lennon and Charlie was a serious right side, fucked many teams up, wheras Walker and Bale isn't going to do an awful lot.

You don't have wheels on ships!!

Spurs are a limited team, its clear for all to see.

Serious question regarding 'Arry, would you be happy to see the back of him or do you rate him as a top manager?

If Arsenal win on Monday night its only 1 point behind. Spurs have some dodgy games coming up. Away to Chelsea is now a key game to stay in the top 4 lose that and you might lose out on champions league. Losing the last 3 league games I just cant see you getting enough points to stay in the Champions League spots. Feel it will be the same 4 teams from this season but that defeat against Arsenal has set you back big time.

It just goes to show if he would have gone all out to beat the rags they might just might get fourth, anyway Jamie can always blame ballo?

I think Colin Farrell summed it up well when he said;

"You weren't really shit but you weren't all that great either, like Tottenham"

There was a similar situation late last season where they were supposed to be challenging us for 4th. They picked up a pathetic amount of points from a given run of crucial games, and if I do recall correctly even Spurs fans were questioning why 'Arry wasn't getting more negative attention.

People love to laugh at others for suggesting agendas, but there really is no dispute when it comes to our national lovable rogue. The headlines have already been written for his inevitable England failure. "Transitional period between the old guard and new inexperience, he did the best he could".
