The Trajectory coming to haunt us?

Here's more tractor-berries for those who likes graphs: A whole shitload in fact:

I'll make that page pretty in some future, and probably add more different statistics and graphs, but I don't promise it stays up. It depends on how much of my bandwidth it steals. ;-) In fact, requests for stats and graphs are welcome, and I'll see what I can do. I'm not going to do player stats, though. (It's all done in Python, so if there are more Python programmers here that want to help I'll put up a project on Google code and make the code open source).

The red dotted line is projection on season form, the green line is projection based on last six games.

(oh, and the order of the graphs is random, so that United is first it just bad luck.)
 
And now it's prettier, and in alphabetical order, order, and also includes the 6-game form.

For those complaining about Mancini: If all the teams play as the last six games, City will end up third! :) Admittedly that's mostly because Arsenal hasn't been playing that great, and lost to Liverpool. So don't get your hoped up, it's probably just a fluke. But fourth place *should* be ours!

At the end of last season we set a target of a 6th place finish, that was well documented, and its created conjecture. But following the accelerated acquisition strategy and the activity of the club in the summer transfer window the new target that the playing staff agreed with the board for the 2009/10 season was 70 points. THE TRAJECTORY of recent results was below this requirement and the board felt that there was no evidence that the situation would fundamentally change as quoted in the chairman’s statement. The owner the chairman and myself all worked to give mark any resources that he might require to achieve that goal.
