Perhaps he doesn’t care about getting answers right. Hardly anybody does anymore. Being educated seems to be a bad thing to most these days.I get that but he is the captain on a sports quiz team, on TV weekly.

Sometimes celebrity contestants on things like Pointless seem to not really try, or act a bit dumb. Is this because they think its uncool or bad for their image if they appear to be a bit too keen, swotty or knowledgeable?Perhaps he doesn’t care about getting answers right.
