I was originally in the 10k barrier when north stand
wouldn't let him in the £299-£449 price bracket he had to sign up to the £450-£600 price bracket
Then demand must be there for the south stand build.

Only for some games, but that shouldn't stop them.
They could sell 60k+ for some games, meaning more cheap tickets for some and build the match going fanbase. We (UK) seem to be obsessed with whether the grounds are full or not, but in Europe they don't care and are happy with tourists - mate is in Madrid this weekend for a stag do and they are going to the Real game at £62 a ticket. We don't need the same 60k at every game

Agreed. When I watch other European games the stands are near empty
