The Waldorf Saturday 4th August, a toast at 4pm

Great day/night, always good to meet fellow Bluemooners and put faces to names.

Respect to Sean (Feed The Goat) for having the balls to do the toast, took a lot of courage.

Lovely for Sam's mum and Sue's brother to say a few words too, obviously their pain is far greater than ours.

We paid our respects in the way they would've wanted, namely drunken debauchery and City singalongs.

RIP Sue and Sam, you'll never be forgotten on here.

Truly gutted I couldn't make it today.

The wife had booked to go see the Mickey Mouse thing at The Lowry for the same date. It didn't occur to me until 11am and by that time there nobody able to look after my 11 month old :(

Maybe I should have brought him, but I thought it was too early in his life to end up twisted and gargling City tunes...

A great day in top company, really enjoyed it again. A good way to honour the memory of Sam and sue, respect to FTG also to get up and do the toast which brought a lump to my throat. Looking forward to catching up with you all again.........

All the best!
