I have spoken to Wayne and we have the upstairs from 2-8, i thought after 8 some will have gone and the rest will want the pub atmosphere.

The cost is only 25 quid.

We can bring a laptop or ipod or something as he has a jack for that upstairs.

I did not order any buffet food as we have not mentioned that really and i do not want to start deciding stuff that costs before asking..

So just a quid each will cover that and a tip for the barstaff he gets to cover us up stairs.

Do we want a buffet ?

I hope this is satisfactory for all, of course family's of the deceased need not donate to this nor is it compulsory for anyone to pay.
I would hope though some of you can spare a quid at least for it, otherwise i will pay it.

Is this ok with every one ?

Top stuff, yes mate all excess we can put in a kitty untill we come to a concensus how use it to honor their memory.
That or we make a list and the families choose what they would like to see ?

Anyway yeah some sort of "thing" in their honor.
