The Walking Dead

She caught me cold with it tbh. Just dropped the grandkids of a nursery and she hit me with...
"Do you watch Walking dead?"
"Erm, no.Why?"
"Well you look the spit... He's a bit of a meanie but... he's really nice though ..."
I guess it's the old animal magnetism rearing it's ugly head again .

I always imagined you as a John Inman lookalike. Not for the first time, my dreams have been truly shattered.

You must be built like a brick shit house, or were you carrying a baseball bat with barbed wire wrapped around it? that could have been a dead giveaway.....

I do usually, hun, but 5 days of stubble seem to bring out the beast in me.

Last episode was naff...
They spent like 40mins of it walking around the camp as Negan was taking things whilst various people on Rick's side clenched their fists and GRRRRed.

And this annoyed me

Last time Negan met Rick the latter was a snotting, bumbling, broken mess, then this time he's fine and has to restrain himself from hitting him with the bat.

Thought it ok myself. Not to sure what people expect, it's a drama series set against the backdrop of a zombie apocalypse. which is exactly what we're getting. We can't have all out war every episode or it would soon get boring.
Personally I think this season has been very fresh. Ric is a broken man, he's gone from being the Alpha male to being someones woman, and so far he is being just that, a woman. He's not pretending either, Negan has broken him. It will be fascinating to see how they get back from this and to see how he regains the groups respect.
