Comes in next may, even then it's not illegal, you'll still be allowed in if your a national however (use of identity cards etc)
Was speaking to my pal who works in the bulldog last month - he reckons any doorman out there will still let you in with a sly 10 spot in your hand, it simply won't have the affect intended!!

the coffeeshops will be forced to change to a "members only" club, where people have to sign up with their (dutch) id to get a membership card for a coffeeshop.
Very annoying system and i honestly hope it wont go through.
a good tip for all you guys going to the red light district by the way, don't buy any narcotics from guys asking you on the street as they are very likely to be a scam, ask a taxi driver instead.
