I would say the worst I have seen was Ian Davies who played full back for us a few times around 1983/4. Mind you, I could probably name a dozen contenders nearly as useless.

How has Adrian "fucking" Heath only got 2 mentions?
He wins hands down for me, not only for having been so frustratingly appalling in front of goal, but also for having been the man who Judas Kendall prefered up front to the obviously superior Clive Allen. To this day, I still feel conned out of my season ticket money for those couple of seasons, not to have had the pleasure of seeing more of arguably one of the best centre forwards of his generation. And I was 12 - I didn't even buy my bloody ticket!
Incidentally, who said Keith Curle earlier? Have a fuckin word with yourself mate; under no circumstances could Keith Curle be considered one of our all time worst players!
And just as a side note, someone mentioned Perry Suckling too. Did you know that he refused to play on sundays due to his religious beliefs? He'd be fucked these days, he'd have spent half his career in bloody church!
And Amen to that!!!!

You know, the french lad, the one the club sent out a scout for and said "go and sign that Toure lad" (probably meaning Kolo......)
They came back with French pub team nobody ALAIN TOURE
He was that shit he didn't even get a squad number. Didn't he get sent back to PSG when we got Anelka?

A younger Bozzy would've been awesome but i dont think he did too bad in his two years. Thatcher was an hard bastard but wasnt a great defender. Shuker didnt get much of a look in as a young lad and left during keegan's first season, typical lower league player.
